My family has been impacted by cancer on several levels and specifically tied to the work of ISF in that we lost my cousin Aaron to Ewing Sarcoma when he was just a young teenager. I was fairly young when we lost Aaron, but have seen throughout the years the impact and toll of his passing. Cancer took away someone we loved dearly and for me the chance to have a relationship with my cousin. Family is everything. I joined the Isabella Santos Foundation as Director of Development in January. Joining the ISF Team is one of the best decisions that I have made not only for my career but for my overall life. Each day I work to further our mission which is dedication to improving rare pediatric cancer treatment options in an effort to increase survival rates of kids with cancer.
